HikeOn, a multi-module custom eCommerce ERP for a single customer, RestaurantWare, a US foodservice and packaging brand, with AI built in. I lead end-to-end product design across the platform: UX strategy, the design system, and stakeholder work. Built a 250+ component Figma system on Auto Layout, semantic tokens, and variants, now in production in Vue.js. Shipped 8+ AI use cases into live workflows: AI-assisted purchase-order generation, smart search, and summarization.

Owned the UI/UX function across a portfolio of enterprise SaaS, banking, and payments platforms for Tier-1 financial services clients. Managed and mentored a globally distributed design team, established standardised UI frameworks across web and mobile, and ran design reviews and hiring for the function. Delivered frictionless banking and payments experiences with measurable gains in task completion and support deflection.

AUSYS, the studio I co-founded. Two products, designed end to end.
AUSYS is a UX and product studio I co-founded. I owned design end to end on two products. TWINE is an AI/ML next-generation-sequencing platform that converts raw genomic data into insights for clinicians and researchers. I designed its data-visualization, interaction, and workflow layers, and the patterns for how operators read AI output, judge it, and recover when it is wrong. PlanSpace is a custom SaaS for event-venue operators covering lead capture, multi-space booking, and event-day operations, built on a ~60 component system with three pilot venues at launch.

NureCampus, a campus management platform connecting students, faculty, and admin.
EdTech SaaS consolidating attendance, grading, fees, communication, and faculty workflows for mid-sized institutes. Owned UX strategy and the design system: three audiences (admin, faculty, parent/student) sharing one token tree across three density modes. Field research on campus, offline-first by contract, light-touch AI for nudges and digests, never academic decisions.

DMCC Agri, a blockchain-based commodity trading platform for a Dubai-based commodity house.
Institutional-grade trading UX over a blockchain settlement layer. Owned the trader desk (depth, tickets, blotter), the design system, and the user-facing settlement state model. Conventions traders already know: green and red, monospaced numerals, no animated ticks. Plus a custom layer for chain hash, finality, and exception handling. Closed beta with 12 traders → live institutional book.

The HikeOn ERP design system is the source of truth for a custom eCommerce ERP with a 16,000-SKU catalog. I lead architecture, governance, adoption, and tooling: four Figma libraries, a three-layer token model, and two internal plugins that keep design and Vue.js in production aligned.
